SPORTLET.STORE offers you a website where you can request test rackets.
The service is limited to certain types of rackets and allows you to try a product for 7 days from the moment it is received.
Upon returning the item it is possible to purchase the model on sale taking advantage of a 10 euro discount, for orders within 2 weeks
CONDITIONS AND PAYMENTS
The racket can be retained and tested for a week and must be returned 7 days later, from the moment of receipt.
The cost of the service is 10 euros per racket for the first 7 days + 15 euros for shipping. The amount, corresponding to the selling price of the racket, is retained as a guarantee and is refunded when the product is returned.
It is possible to extend the trial period at a cost of 5 euros per day, starting from the eighth day of testing. However, if after two weeks the item is not returned, the amount paid so far will be invoiced.
The only payments accepted are Paypal and Credit Card.
RETURN AND PURCHASE OF THE MODEL
With the test racket we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item after 7 days.
We recommend that you keep the shipping box to reseal the racket, label it, and ship it.
It is possible to ship the racket via the main couriers or organize a collection from your home
without further additional costs.
Once the item has been returned, if you are satisfied with the test, you can purchase the model using a 10 euro discount for orders placed within 2 weeks.
