Purchases made on Sportlet.store are regulated by the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).
Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale by the Customer.

 

Validity of offers

Items visible on the site are generally available for immediate delivery.

In case of temporary out of stock or delay of a product the buyer will be promptly notified by email or telephone.
However, Sportlet.Store reserves the right not to complete the order, without assuming any responsibility and without this resulting in any obligation to compensate the buyer.

Product price

Prices are shown in euros.
Sportlet.store reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of registration of the order.

Any order placed on the site and delivered to non-EU countries may be subject to any taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package is delivered. These duties and taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility of the customer. Sportlet.store is not required to verify the customs duties and applicable taxes. We therefore inform you that by ordering on the site https://sportlet.store , you are considered as the official importer and are required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. We want our customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to an opening and inspection procedure by customs.


Shipping

Orders with destination Italy

For all orders to Italy, a transport fee of Euro 5.98 (*) Euro 6.95 for islands will be required, which will be automatically displayed in the cart during the purchase procedure.
Nb: choosing to pay on delivery always entails a charge of Euro 5.00 (VAT included) for the fees that the courier collects for this service.

Orders with destination Rest of the World

Shipping to destinations other than Italy will incur the costs indicated in the Cost Table . The shipping cost will always be automatically calculated and displayed during the purchase procedure.

Order Processing Times

All orders regularly placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and days before holidays) will be shipped within 24/48 hours.
Orders containing rackets requiring treatment will be shipped within 7 working days.
Orders paid by bank transfer will always be processed and shipped after the actual credit.
The times stated above are indicative and may vary during high season and/or holidays. An automatic email will notify you if the shipment has taken place, communicating the tracking code.

Shipping Methods and Times

Italy:

Transport on the territory is entrusted to express couriers of national importance of maximum notoriety and reliability. On average, delivery takes place throughout Italy within 24/48 hours, for Islands and disadvantaged areas 48/72H. The times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and/or based on the destination to be reached. In any case LIMA SRL is not responsible for any delays due to the courier.

Rest of the World:

Transport outside of Italy is entrusted to international couriers that provide the service by land (ground shipping). Travel times vary from 2 to 5 working days based on the destination to be reached. Some destinations can be served with air transport service if the purchase order does not contain bulky items. In any case, Sportlet.store will choose the fastest service to shorten the waiting time for your order.

IMPORTANT

In order to have an accurate and safe delivery it is necessary to indicate the destination address with the greatest possible precision. It is therefore important to provide the complete address with useful information, for example Staircase, Interior, Intercom, etc... Sportlet.store is not responsible for any delays and/or failed deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or addresses not adequately provided during the order phase. In any case Sportlet.store is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier. Any delays will not give the buyer any right to request damages of any kind.

Payments

Sportlet.store accepts the following types of payment:

Payment by credit card

You can choose "Credit Card" as your payment method and pay with all cards that have the Visa, MasterCard and American Express logo. Sportlet.store also accepts rechargeable credit cards, Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards. Every purchase is made in maximum security thanks to the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems (SSL).

Cash on delivery (only in Italy)

You can choose "Cash on Delivery" as the payment type. At the time of delivery, you will need to have the exact amount of your order in cash. The courier does not accept bank checks or other securities, he is authorized to collect only cash. Payment by Cash on Delivery has an additional cost of Euro 5.00 (fees collected by the courier).

Payment by bank transfer

You can choose "Payment by advance bank transfer" as the payment type. You will receive by email together with the order confirmation the data needed to make the transfer. On average, a transfer reaches us within 36/48 hours from the order you give to your bank. Your purchase will be taken in charge after the actual crediting of the amount. Payment by bank transfer does not involve any additional cost.

Payment with PayPal

You can choose PayPal as the payment type in your cart. The PayPal login page will open to access your account and complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one from the PayPal login page, before completing the order.

Payment with PayPal in installments

PayPal natively offers payment by installments, you can choose it directly in the interface proposed by PayPal.

Sportlet.store distributes only original products, officially imported and covered by the Official Manufacturer's Warranty.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Each product distributed on Sportlet.store benefits from the Official Manufacturer's Warranty in the terms indicated by Italian Law. Starting from the date of delivery of the product, the buyer is covered by a 24-month Warranty period. Once the defect is discovered, the consumer has 2 months to report the defect to Sportlet.store, which will take steps to ensure that the consumer's rights are protected by carrying out all the necessary procedures to obtain the repair and/or replacement of the product in the shortest possible time. The warranty never covers damage to the products caused by improper use of the same, nor any damage caused by the same products to third parties or to things and objects of third parties.

Guarantee of Conformity

A defect of conformity is defined as a defect that is verifiable upon receipt of the product and in any case visible before the start of its use.
Sportlet.store offers a direct guarantee against defects of conformity and ensures the immediate replacement of the “non-compliant” product.
For all other cases the Manufacturer's Warranty is valid.
Examples of lack of conformity:
• Receiving a damaged product during transport
• Receiving a new product with a visible defect before use.

Products Excluded from Warranty

Rackets that undergo treatment are excluded from any type of Warranty.

Discovery of a manufacturing defect and Return Procedure

The buyer must report any problem and/or alleged defect to Sportlet.store within 30 days of discovering it, requesting the return of the affected product via our automated return platform at the following link: Make a return
Sportlet.store will authorize the return of the product (with free shipping) and will immediately forward the product to the manufacturer, who, after a technical assessment, will express an opinion on the specific case. After the technical response of the manufacturer, Sportlet.store will replace the product in the event of a defect being ascertained or will return the product if it does not fall within the terms of the warranty. In any case, for all quality problems, the technical response of the manufacturer is authoritative. For more information on the return procedure, consult the Return Policy section.


Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the concluded contract ( pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on the Right to Withdrawal ) , without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fifteen (15) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.

How to Request a Return

The intention or need to request a return must be reported to Sportlet.store in writing to avoid procedures that require preliminary evaluation.
Through our automated return platform at the following link: Make a return which can be accessed with the order number and email used during the purchase phase, you can then select the products you wish to return or replace by following the instructions provided.
You can also indicate the method of collecting the package at home or delivery to a collection point, receiving the shipping label to affix to the package.
Please package the items properly to avoid any inconvenience during the return process.
Our staff will evaluate the status of the return of goods delivered to our warehouse, approving or denying the request or even replacing the item based on the choices made.
Returns for which a refund is foreseen will be issued on the same payment method where possible, alternatively an IBAN will be requested to make a bank transfer.

Requirements to obtain a Replacement or Refund

All returned products (except in the case of Warranty Replacement) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, therefore they must be in "as new" condition and ready to be resold. They must have all the original seals, labels, tags, boxes or wrappings intact. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will therefore be returned to the sender with the transport costs charged or retained with a penalty that will vary from 60% to 80% of the purchase value based on the conditions of arrival of the returned product.

In particular, it is important to highlight the return rules for products as follows:

Rackets :

They must keep the plastic coating of the handle intact, not have scratches, marks, writings. They must not have undergone any alteration or application of accessories (overgrip, lead tape, etc.).

Rackets purchased in conjunction with a treatment are considered customized products for the customer and lose all right to return.

Clothing :

An item of clothing must be returned complete with the original bag and with the manufacturer's labels attached. The removal of the labels from the item implies the presumption of use of the product and will determine the loss of the right to replacement or refund. In any case, the item must be returned new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears and/or any alterations.

Bags and Accessories:

The product must be returned complete with labels and with intact packaging. Products packaged in plastic blisters must be intact and with unopened blister.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Transport is at Sportlet.store's expense in the event of a non-compliant product or a damaged product arriving.

In all other cases, for example size change, right of withdrawal, exchange with another product, replacement under warranty, etc..., transport is at the buyer's expense.

Refund Policy

The refund will be made as soon as possible, and in any case within 15 days of receipt of the goods, using the method indicated by the customer during the return procedure.

IMPORTANT

If, following a return made for the Right of Withdrawal (requested on an order with Free Shipping), the net residual value of the order is lower than the threshold for free shipping (29.00 Euro in Italy), the buyer will be charged the previously free shipping costs. All returns - even those with costs paid by Sportlet.store - travel at the risk and peril of the buyer, who is fully responsible for any damage to the products during transport.

Returns that travel at the expense of Sportlet.store must be entrusted exclusively to the agreed upon courier, always indicated in our Return Authorization document. Returns made that reach us with freight forwarded using a courier other than the one indicated will be automatically refused and returned to the sender.


Product Presentation

The products for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

However, the products may differ from those shown on the video for obvious reasons of the chromatic setting of the screen (e.g. the color tone of an item of clothing). The images displayed are - in most cases - provided by the manufacturers, and in this regard we inform you that some products may differ from the graphic representation following changes made by the manufacturer himself, therefore Sportlet.store assumes no responsibility if such changes do not bring about variations in the functionality and intended use of a product (e.g. a Logo of a different color, or a different print or positioned on a different site).

The technical information on the rackets is taken directly from the suppliers' catalogs and the actual characteristics may differ from those indicated on the site. If you are looking for particular characteristics, it is advisable to contact customer service before placing an order.


The primary commitment of Sportlet.store is therefore to provide original products, officially imported and covered by the Official Manufacturer's Warranty.

Complaints

Complaints must always be handled in writing via email.
The customer who highlights a problem with his order must open a Complaint always in written form via email. Sportlet Store undertakes to manage the complaint by evaluating the customer's request and agreeing on the best solution for the parties.

Shipping Complaints

Complaints for delivery times not respected to obtain refunds on shipping costs due to courier operations do not fall within the sphere of responsibility of Sportlet Store, being obviously attributable to a Company other than ours.
However, if the deadlines are not respected, the customer can avail himself of the right of withdrawal and return the shipment, Sportlet Store will refund the entire amount of the order.

It is the customer's responsibility to promptly communicate ( within 7 days from the delivery date reported by the tracking) to Sportlet Store any deliveries made by non-compliant couriers, to allow for accurate checks.

Processing of personal data

The Customer's data are processed by Sportlet.Store in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided by the Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n. 196 .
