Purchases made on Sportlet.it are governed by Italian law on the sale at a distance (Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).

Validity of offers
The items displayed on the site are generally available for immediate delivery.
In the event of momentary exhaustion or delay of a product the customer will be promptly notified by email or phone.
However Sportlet.it reserves the right not to complete the order, without liability and without this resulting from any obligation to pay compensation to the customer.
Price of the Products
The prices are presented in euro.
Sportlet.it reserves the right to change its prices at any time, however, the products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order.
Every order placed on the site and delivered in non-EU countries may be subject to taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the parcel is delivered. These rights and duties related to the delivery of an article shall be borne by the customer and are his responsibility. Sportlet.it is not required to verify about the customs duties and taxes. Please note, therefore, that ordering on the website www.sportlet.it, you are considered the importer of record and you have to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. We want our customers to be aware that crossborder shipments are subject to a procedure of opening and inspection by customs.
Shipping
The shipment includes the costs shown in the Shipping Price List. The cost of transport will always be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Order processing time
All orders made from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours.
The time stated above is indicative and may vary in high season and / or holidays. An automated email will notify you the tracking number when the products will be delivered.
Transport time and method
Italy:
The transport on the territory is demanded to express courier. Average delivery takes place throughout Italy within 24/48 hours. The times listed above are estimates and may vary in holiday periods and / or depending on the destination to reach. In any case Sportlet.it is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
Rest of the world:
The transport outside the Italian territory is given to international couriers who carry ground shipping. Journey times vary from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination to reach. Some destinations may be served with service of air transportation if the purchase order does not contain bulky items. During checkout you can choose between standard or express delivery.
IMPORTANT
In order to have an accurate and safe delivery you must specify the destination address with the greatest possible precision. It is therefore important to provide the full address of useful information.
Sportlet.it is not responsible for any delay and / or non-delivery caused by incomplete addresses or inadequately provided in the order. In any case Sportlet.it is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to the carrier. Any delay will not give the buyer any right to claim for damages of any kind.

Payment by credit card
You can choose "Credit Card" as your payment method and pay with all the cards that have the logo of Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sportlet.it also accepts rechargeable credit cards, ATMs Maestro and Visa Electron. Every purchase is executed with the utmost security using the most advanced technological systems, coding (SSL).
Payment by cash on delivery (Italy only)
You can choose "Cash on delivery" as a payment method. Upon delivery you will need to have cash in the exact amount of your order. The courier will not accept bank checks or other securities, is only allowed to withdraw cash. Cash on delivery requires an additional cost of Euro 5,00 (charges requested by the carrier).
Payment by bank transfer (Italy only)
You can choose "Payment via bank transfer" as a payment method. You will receive email confirmation of your order together with the data required to make the transfer. On average, we receive a wire transfer within 36/48 hours you have given the order to your bank. Your purchase will be taken over after the payment has been credited. Payment by bank transfer does not involve any additional cost.
Payment by PayPal

Warranties
Sportlet.it distributes only genuine, official products, covered by Official Warranty from the Manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranty
Every product distributed on Sportlet.it follows the manufacturer's warranty as specified by Italian law. From the date of delivery of the product, the buyer is covered by a warranty period of 24 months. Once you have discovered the defect, the consumer has 2 months to report the defect to Sportlet.it, which will work to ensure consumer rights are protected by all the necessary practical measures to achieve the repair and / or replacement of the product in the most shortest possible time. The warranty does not cover product damage, never procured by improper use of the same, neither any damages caused by other persons or things.
Warranty of Conformity
A defect verifiable at the time of receiving the product and still visible before the beginning of the use of the same is defined as a lack of conformity.
Sportlet.it offers direct guarantee against defects of conformity and ensures immediate replacement of the product "non-conforming".
For all other cases it is valid the Manufacturer's Warranty.
Examples of lack of conformity:
• Receiving a product damaged during transport
• Receiving a new product with visible defects before use.
Discovery of a manufacturing defect and return procedures
The customer must report any problem and / or any defect to Sportlet.it within 15 days of the discovery of the same, by filling the Return Form.
Sportlet.it authorize the return of the product (with freight at buyer's expense) and will immediately forward the product to the manufacturer, who prior technical expertise will be speaking about the specific case. After the response from the manufacturer's technical Sportlet.it will exchange the product in case of verification of the defect or to return the product if not covered under the warranty. Returns Policy
How to Request a Return
The intention or need to make a return must be always reported in writing to Sportlet.it. In order to speed up the processing of applications it is preferable to use the convenient Return Form. You will receive a response within a very short time with acceptance or rejection as the case along with clear instructions for the return. No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized in writing by Sportlet.it.
Qualifies for Replacement or Refund
All return items (except in the case of replacement under warranty) must retain the characteristics they had at the time of purchase, so they must be in "like new" and ready for resale. Must bear all the seals intact, labels, tags, boxes or the original covers. In the absence of this important requirement, the product will be considered "used" and will then be returned to you and charged the cost of transportation or restrained with a fee that varies from 60% to 80% of the purchase price in accordance with the conditions of arrival of the returned product.
In particular, it is worth knowing the rules of refund on the products as follows:
Rackets:
Must keep the plastic coating of the handle, not show scratches or marks. Not have undergone any alteration or attachment of accessories (overgrip, lead tape, etc...).
Sportswear:
Sportswear must be returned in the original basket and with the manufacturer labels attached. Labels peeled off from the product lead to the presumption of use of the product and result in the loss of the right to replacement or refund. The product still has to be returned new, never worn, never washed and free of marks, stains, tears and / or any alterations.
Accessories:
The product must be returned in its original packaging and with labels intact. Products packed in plastic blister has to be returned with a blister unopened.
Transport costs for Returns
Transport cost are charged to Sportlet.it in case of non-conforming product or product arrived damaged.
In all other cases, such as changing size, the right of withdrawal, exchange with another product, warranty replacement, etc. ...., transportation is at the expense and cost of the purchaser.
Terms of reimbursement
Refund will be done as soon as possible, and no later than one week from receipt of goods, in the way indicated by the customer in the Return Form.
IMPORTANT
If as a result of a return made for Right of Withdrawal (required on an order with Free Shipping) the net residual value of the order is less than the threshold useful for Free Shipping (29,00 Euro in Italy), it will be charged back to the buyer transport costs previously provided for free. All returns - even those at the expense of Sportlet.it - travel at buyer's risk, which is fully responsible for any damage to the products during transport.
Returns that are traveling at the expense of Sportlet.it must be carried out by the forwarder, always indicated in our paper return authorization. The returns made that we receive in carriage with a carrier other than the one indicated will automatically be refused and returned to sender.
Presentation of products
Items for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible.
The products may, however, differ from what is shown on the video for obvious reasons of setting color of the screen. The images displayed are - in most cases - provided by the manufacturer, and in this respect it is noted that certain products may differ from the graphical representation as a result of changes made by the same manufacturer, so Sportelet.it does not assume any responsibility if such changes make no changes to functionality and the intended use of a product (eg a logo of a different color, or a different print or placed in a different site).
The primary commitment of Sportlet.it is therefore to provide original products, import and official covered by manufacturer's warranty.
Quejas
La gestión de la reclamación deberá realizarse siempre de forma escrita a través de correo electrónico.
El cliente que señale un problema relacionado con su pedido siempre deberá presentar una reclamación por escrito a través de correo electrónico. Sportlet Store se compromete a gestionar la reclamación evaluando la solicitud del cliente y acordando la mejor solución para las partes
Reclamaciones de envío
Las reclamaciones por incumplimiento de plazos de entrega para obtener la devolución de los gastos de envío debido a operaciones de mensajería no son competencia de Sportlet Store, siendo evidentemente imputables a una empresa distinta a la nuestra.
No obstante, si no se respetan los plazos, el cliente podrá ejercer el derecho de desistimiento y devolver el envío, Sportlet Store le reembolsará el importe íntegro del pedido.
Es responsabilidad del cliente comunicar rápidamente (en un plazo de 7 días a partir de la fecha de entrega indicada por el seguimiento) a Sportlet Store cualquier entrega realizada por mensajería no conforme, para permitir controles precisos.
